How does Lush Bumps work?

We have 2 options for you to wear our dresses. 


1) Choose your dress. 

2)Tells us when you need the dress by and we will ensure that it arrives prior to your specified delivery date. The rental agreement consists of a 4 day period.

3) Don that dress and look fabulous! When you are done, simply place it back into the garment bag and hand it over to the courier which would pick it up at the same addess as the drop off address.

Are the dresses new?


All our dresses are in good used condition, however, please bear in mind that some of them may have minor wear and tear given they are rental items.  When the dresses do not meet our high standards of what they should be, it will be removed from our inventory. 



All dresses are brand new and havent been worn.

Try on before you rent

Try on service

Want to try on the dress before you hire? We offer try-on service, delivered to you by courier for your convinience. We can send you a dress to try on for 50dhs a dress plus a refundable deposit (that is equivalent to the rental price of the item). Simply try them on for a day, and then return back to us within 24 hours. 

If you decide to take the dress, we then return the 50dhs from the dress you choose. 

If you decide not to rent the dress, we then return the deposit of the rental value of the dress and keep the 50dhs to cover dry cleaning cost to ensure the next dress for the customer is in great condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard and  Visa.

You also have the option of paying in installments at 0% interest rate over a maximum of 3  months. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take up to 3 weeks to process the payment back into your account. Please allow up to ten working days after sending the dresses back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.


How long does it take a dress to reach me?

All our dresses are sent out by courier.

It it collected by the courier on the following working day the order is placed .

Delivery in Dubai - Next Day

Delivery in other Emirates - Following day. 


Order placed 1st March 

Order picked up by courier 2nd March 

Order Received in Dubai 3rd March

Order Received in all other Emirates 4th March.

If you need the dress urgently, please do get in contact with us HERE and we will do our best to have the dress reach you in time.


Do i need to clean the dress?

No, all gowns would be checked and sent to professional dry cleaners once we receive it. 


What if the dress doesn't fit?

Please read the sizing chart to make sure you rent the correct size. However, if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the dress, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible, so we can try to provide you with an alternative dress for you. Pleaseu try on the dress as soon as it arrives so you have time to test the fit. 

In the event where there is simply no time to ship an alternative dress, you can take up a credit voucher (less 20 dhs courier charges) to use at another time. There is no expiry date of your credit voucher. 

If you fail to advise us about issues with the dress as soon as you receive it (before your event), we unfortunately won't be able to offer any form of refund as we can only assume the dress has been worn. 

Please note shipping cost (20dhs) are not refundable under any circumstances. 

Please also note, that no alternations can be made to the dress as these are rental dresses. If the dress is altered, it is deemed as damaged and the customer deposit would be used to replace the dress. 

What if i want to cancel my order

Rental fee is strictly non-refundable.The deposit amount would be refunded to you.

A credit voucher of the same value of the rental will be issued to use at a future date. There is no expiry date for our credit vouchers.

However, if you decide to cancel your order after the order is shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

Damages, Losses and Security Deposit

What if i return the dress late?

Lush Bumps rental period is 4 days. 

The dress is deemed returned when the courier picks it up on the 5th day. 

If your event was cancelled due to weather or sickness, we generally try to accommodate and extend the rental for you one way or the other, however, if you have not attempted to contact us in advance and the dress is not returned on its due date, a late fee of 100dhs per day will apply. 

What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

We understand there are circumstances under which certain wear and tear cannot be avoided, so you won't be charged for reasonable wear and tear. However, significant damages or irremovable stains to the garment will result in charges to cover the cost of the repair, or even full replacement of the garment. 

Please contact us if you have stained the dress immediately so we can advise on the best way to remove the stain and preventing it from becoming permanent.
