Dresses are always sent at least 2 days in advance with compliments and picked up on the DATE OF RETURN as stated when order is placed. The dress is to be ready for pickup from 8am on the morning of Date of Return
169dhs for 1 day - includes dress being sent and picked up to your address anywhere in the UAE. Dress would be cleaned by Lush Bumps.
100dhs - deposit will be refunded by the same mode of payment within 24 hours after dress is received and checked if there is no damage to the dress. Please except 2 - 3 weeks for the bank to process the refund to your card. You will receive an email from us stating that the refund has been made.
If there are damages to the dress, we will contact you with pictures to discuss the return of the deposit.
